OVERVIEW

The Excella zipper line is YKK's 🇯🇵 top end for zippers. The Excella zippers we purchase are made in Japan of solid brass, with the highest tolerances and go through YKK's six sigma quality inspection process.

What makes the Excella line unique compared to other zippers is that the Excella zipper teeth are individually polished, creating the smoothest functioning zipper possible. You can feel the quality difference when you use them.

We sell the zippers in 30" long pre-made zippers with an Excella slider, pull, top and bottom stop pre installed. But each zipper can be easily resized to a smaller size that fit your project. We settled on the 30" zipper length so that it is large enough for large projects like backpacks, duffle bags, and totes, yet can be cut and resized easily for multiple smaller projects. With a simple cut with scissors, you can resize the zipper to your preferred length, add a zipper slider, bottom, and top stops and you have a new custom-sized zipper!
